Data voluntarily provided by the user

Pursuant to current legislation and the provisions of Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter “Regulation”), we inform you that the Data Controller of the data you provide is Social IT srl (hereinafter the TITLE HOLDER) with registered office in Via Kufstein 5| I-38121 TN Tax Code and VAT No. 02992720926.

No provision of personal data by the user is required to consult the site.

However, any contact with TITLE HOLDER, or the optional, explicit and spontaneous sending of messages, electronic or traditional mail, to the TITLE HOLDER addresses indicated on the site entails the subsequent acquisition of the address, including e-mail, of the sender or the relevant telephone number, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the relevant communications.

These data will be used for the sole purpose of responding to the user’s request and may be disclosed to third parties only if necessary for that purpose.

The processing of data for these purposes does not require your consent since the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6, para. 1, letter b) of the Regulations), as well as, where applicable, to fulfill a legal obligation (Art. 6, para. 1, letter a) of the Regulations).

The processing of data will be carried out, by personnel appointed by TITLE HOLDER with procedures, technical and computer tools suitable to protect the confidentiality and security of your data and consists of their collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation, destruction of the same including the combination of two or more of the above activities.

These data are kept for the time strictly necessary to provide the user with the requested service and are deleted immediately afterwards, without prejudice to further retention obligations provided for by law. Your data will not be disseminated.

As part of its activities and for the purposes indicated above, TITLE HOLDER may use services rendered by third parties acting on TITLE HOLDER‘s behalf and according to its instructions, as data processors. These are entities that provide TITLE HOLDER with processing or instrumental services (e.g., computer services for the operation of the site). You may request a complete and updated list of the individuals appointed as data processors by contacting one of the contacts below.

Data may be transferred within the European Union, where TITLE HOLDER or its suppliers are based or have their servers in such countries. Data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
